Unfortunately the 21st century is very stressful with so many demands on our time, whether that’s emails, the phone, social media, a demanding job, relationships, bringing up a family, or whatever, it can be just too much for us to cope with leaving us to feel completely overwhelmed.
Too much stress can have so many negative effects on our health including poor sleep,headaches & migraines, upset stomach, IBS, elevated blood pressure, diabetes, skin problems such as eczema, arthritis and recently evidence is suggesting it leads to disease also.
Stress also has a huge effect on us emotionally and can leave us feeling tired, or with a short fuse and becoming easily upset, It can also reduce your sex drive and affect our immune system leading to colds and infections.
